From A3/M25 Interchange (approach from North and West)
Take the slip road towards the A3 southbound, signposted Guildford/Portsmouth.
Immediately before you join the A3, turn left onto Old Lane, signposted Effingham/Hatchford, and follow this road past The Black Swan, Campaign Paintball and Delta Paintball to the T-junction.
Turn right onto Horsley Road and then immediately left onto Effingham Common Road, signposted Effingham, and follow this road over a railway bridge until you come to a pair of mini- roundabouts.
Take the first exit on both mini roundabouts (effectively taking a left turn) on to Lower Road and follow this road to another mini roundabout, passing the Howard of Effingham School and The Vineries Garden Centre.
Take the first exit on the mini roundabout onto Little Bookham Street.
Follow Little Bookham Street down the hill and around a sweeping right hand bend until you reach the railway station, then turn right onto the industrial estate.
Take the second road on the right and we are the fourth unit on the right.

Leave the M25 at junction 9, traveling Westbound.

Continue Northbound on the A24 through Mickleham until you reach the Givons Grove Roundabout (watch out for speed cameras).
